- Bed linens changed (customer leaves fresh sets out)

- Vents, baseboards, cabinet fronts
- Everything routine cleaning skips — plan roughly double the time of an Essential
Move-in / move-out (one-time)

- Every baseboard and surface — nothing is hidden by furniture
