The Triangle is driven by research, biotech and universities, which produces an unusual concentration of laboratory and clinical adjacent space alongside conventional commercial. Research Triangle Park alone represents a scale of specialised facility that few markets of this size have.
Lab and research space is not standard commercial cleaning. Access is controlled, protocols are set by the facility rather than the contractor, and there are areas a cleaning crew does not enter at all. We work to whatever the facility specifies and are explicit about where our scope stops.
Away from RTP, the Triangle's growth is in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs and Wake Forest, which has produced continuous retail and medical office delivery for the better part of a decade. That is standard tenant finish work and the bulk of what we do here.

In office, support and common areas, working to the facility's own access and protocol requirements. We are explicit about scope boundaries before starting rather than after.
Yes. Western Wake County has had continuous retail and medical office delivery for years and it is where most of our Triangle post-construction work sits.
Yes. Treatment rooms, public areas and back of house, worked after hours to the practice's own written protocols where they exist.
